[Calvin and Hobbes]

I'm a big fan of Calvin and Hobbes and just like its creator I'm against all reproduction of the actual comic. Ever wonder why there's no C&H merchandise?

Anything but the comics would destroy the Calvin World. I was surprised to see that your interpretation of the comics was very tastefully and respectfully done. You tried to captured the style , although it really showed only in the later scenes. Thankfully you saw no reason to give Calvin a voice. That would have been a terrible mistake. I wouldn't mind seeing more of your work. Maybe even a little story.
I had trouble placing the music- I think it didn't fit. Keep at it!

i completely understand. i love the comics. I don't want the image to change. I would never give a voice to the character, it'd never be given justice. I honestly made this cartoon for a girl. It's just a short thing. I don't plan on making an episode or series. It was just a lot of fun to make.

yes. They raped and murdered Berlin. Do you think this might be getting back at them, seeing as how 20 MILLION Russians died during WWII?

And yea, they shot their own men. Did this affect the rest of the world? Did this terrorize people more than the Nazi's?

Loved it. I really did. It was a nice story and fitting message. A good cartoon lets you forget about the graphics and sound because if its really good it all will just blend in and you can concentrate on the story. What I mean by that is that in middle of the movie i was thinking ,WOW! it has sweet gfx too!
Did anybody get that?
Anyway, Merry Xmas!

Pretty good. I thought that the graphics were a little to simple but your animation is great. Action, sounds and basicily had it all , Good job!
What is that song called by "thursday" you play at the credits? It fit very well!

Thanks alot, the song is called "1100" (At least that's what it's named on my comp). I was going to put a System of a Down song originaly, but then I though of how well this one would fit, just like you said.

I remember well when i reviewed the first one. I loved the graphics back then , as I do with the new one. I remember how you explained certain things .that was great. I missed that in this episode. The game was pretty standard but since it was to pass the time it was a great service.
To this point it lived up to its expectation.
Now the story and humor botherd me. I didnt really find it funny nor was the dialog as intersting as the first one. Has your style changed or have i changed? The detective didnt get enough screen time, yes i imagine his salary must be through the roof but he is worth it!The style was just as nice as the first ones. Ah and the music ..i still love it. Make it available
to download if u havent already! Im voting 5 but and overall of 8 since of the story.

Too bad, I hope you read the BOOK in the PRELOADER - It explains the story and why the andriods have come!

Think the book is just as fun as the movie itself.

Too bad this didnt have a real story or dialog behind it. GFX wise, a few sences were very nicley done ,such as the elevator sequence.
The sound fit overall very good.

very nice

Very nice GFX. Some sound was missing though ,i dont mean voices. I think it was alittle to slow paced. Otherthen that it was very good. But you need to work on the gun details more. Why where the iraqis in one scene using H&K MP5´s? Thats a NATO weapon. Also why did the UH-60 from the navy have a desert camo? The seahawks usually come in Grey camo. Also soldiers never parachute from a helicopter. There send down or use fastropes. Also the AH-64 is operated with 2 personel. One is the pilot the other is the Gunner. But once again a very good movie.

Thanks for pointing it all out, But it was for school and i didnt go into all that detail too much, what the hell would they know about it i thought. Theres more then that though, much more, such as the 9mm USP, it cant be fitted with a silencer, stuff like that. But thanks for the review.
